DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Advising the organization on all legal matters that may arise in its
  • drafting and vetting of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, and negotiating for terms of contracts.
  • Following up on cases filed against the organization and preparation of legal reports and
  • Liaising with external lawyers on all cases filed against the organization to ensure best legal solutions on time.
  • Reviewing legal policies and procedures to ensure that they are in accord with the existing
  • Advising the organization on the legislation that affects the organization and changes made
  • Monitoring compliance with legal and statutory requirements of the
  • Providing of day to day legal and regulatory support to the departments to ensure covering the general compliance.
  • Carry out any other duties relating to laws of the state or the organization
  • Communicate with Markets Authority QFMA QE QCSD, and notify them of any material information, notices, updates, press releases or financial statements of the company as provided for in the regulations, laws, and regulations and if necessary to avoid
  • Communicate and follow up- with the Companies Control Department at the Ministry of Economy and Commercial and apply the provisions of the Commercial Companies Law and go to them if
  • Investigate the wrongdoers Employees and investigate the incident according to the documents and evidence provided and witness testimony.
  • Follow up the issuance of the new laws and apply them to the company's system in accordance with the requirements of the supervisory and competent authorities.
  • Performing all legal matters required by the Management.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Qualifications:

Master's in law (LLM) Grade (Excellent/ Good) preferable Bachelor of Law, B.Sc. (4 years) Grade (Excellent / Good).

Experience:

At least 3 years' experience in Legal & Compliance field.

Skills:

Legal /Commercial awareness, Communication skills, Attention to detail, Time management and, Academic ability, the order of priorities in the work ,Resilience, and self-confidence, Research and analysis, Reporting Skills, legal analysis, legal & management supervision, Computer, Microsoft office.
