Job Summary:
- Key responsibility is to provide Interior Design options, 3D modelling and basic fly through for all retails design proposals and modifications for Al Meera Branches.
 - To provide CAD and Graphic presentation work for the Architectural and Structural and MEP service requirements.
 - To provide Architectural and CAD Design drafting services for enhancing design proposals Department and other Al Meera departments as required.
 - To think creatively artistic about the use of space, color and movement and will draw on other artistic mediums for creative inspiration.
 
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- To prepare architectural and master plan layouts including block layout plans, 2D plans and elevations, 3D modelling, basic fly through, to assist in the printing of A1 and AO prints.
 - To mount and display graphic images and prepare presentation brochures illustrating the work for management.
 - Deliver graphic presentation material in a timely manner and or program to assist the Department in presenting design and development proposals to the senior Management and stakeholders as required.
 - Ability to work with a variety of CAD programs.
 - Provide AutoCAD technical support including graphical images, perspective and flythrough as directed by the management.
 - Review all the information made available to progress the CAD and Graphics work. This may include photo of site buildings, CAD files, sketches, reports, video images etc.
 - Carrying out additional tasks assigned in the Architectural and any other domain as deemed necessary as per the Director / Management directions.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Design or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or equal and approved.
 - Knowledge and understanding of relevant computer design programs including AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM, Photo shop, Microsoft Office, Illustrator, 3D Max Studio, Sketch Up or similar other design software.
 
Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years relevant work experience that include the following;
 - A minimum of 5 years work experience working on architectural presentation designs for an international design consultant’s office in the Gulf Region.
 - Demonstrate a proven track record of design presentations including CAD “3D” images, computer modeling and fly through.
 
Skills:
- Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.
 - Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
 - Excellent command of the English Language, both (verbal and written)
