Job Summary:
- Implement performance management framework for all department end to end.
- Ensure up to date records of the performance appraisals are maintained for employees.
- Participate in developing HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee concerns such as work complaints and grievances.
- Actively participate in retention strategy development and implementation.
- Actively involved in all work related to personal section and ensure policies are followed.
- Assists in training and recruitment as and when requested.
- Assists in payroll related activities as and when requested.
- Well versed with the Qatar labour law and communicate with the department director for updates/ changes.
- Any other tasks requested by the line manager and department director.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources management, business, publicadministration or any other field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position or relatedwork.
Job Specific Skills:
- Interpersonal skills, commination skills (Arabic preferred not mandatory) attention to details.
