Job Summary:

  • Implement performance management framework for all department end to end.
  • Ensure up to date records of the performance appraisals are maintained for employees.
  • Participate in developing HR policies and procedures.
  • Address employee concerns such as work complaints and grievances.
  • Actively participate in retention strategy development and implementation.
  • Actively involved in all work related to personal section and ensure policies are followed.
  • Assists in training and recruitment as and when requested.
  • Assists in payroll related activities as and when requested.
  • Well versed with the Qatar labour law and communicate with the department director for updates/ changes.
  • Any other tasks requested by the line manager and department director.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources management, business, publicadministration or any other field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position or relatedwork.

Job Specific Skills:

  • Interpersonal skills, commination skills (Arabic preferred not mandatory) attention to details.
