Job Description:

The IT Support Manager leads the IT Support Team, ensuring seamless IT service delivery across 70+ retail branches, a centralized warehouse, and a head office. This role is responsible for IT asset management, service desk operations, branch openings, IT security support, audit & compliance, and vendor contract oversight. 

The IT Support Manager plays a key role in IT asset lifecycle management, ensuring accurate asset tracking, verification, and compliance with industry standards. Additionally, the role requires proactive planning for branch openings, coordination with various departments, and strategic IT stock management to ensure smooth operations. 

As the central point of contact for IT incidents and requests, the IT Support Manager leads the service desk function, offering expert guidance and troubleshooting to ensure prompt resolution of technical issues. This position requires hands-on expertise, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical teams through clear documentation and best practices. 

The IT Support Manager also supports key management requests. The role involves ongoing compliance with ISO 27000 and NIA standards, ensuring audit preparedness and adherence to security best practices. 

Candidates must have prior experience managing IT support teams and implementing IT Service Management frameworks to enhance efficiency and service quality.
