• Ensures that the company policies pertaining to housing are strictly implemented. 

• Ensures that the housing for the newly hired employees are properly coordinated.

• Follow up maintenance work.

• Visits the accommodations from time to time to ensure that the cleanliness or residents and lightnings, electrical appliances are working properly.

• Updates list of staffs that live in the accommodation.

• Prepares report pertaining to the accommodation requirements including if their received the furniture.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• To monitor all accommodations of the whole company.

Qualifications:

Complete High School or Vocational Studies

Experience:

At least 2-years’ experience as Accommodation Coordinator or related field.

Skills:

Excellent Interpersonal, communication and negotiations skills, computer skills.
