Al Meera participated in the Watani Qatar Event highlighting the outstanding achievements made by Qatar, under the wise leadership of the Emir HH Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani. For that, Al Meera’s Deputy CEO, Dr. Mohammed Nasser al Qahtani had a note shared:

On June 25, 2013, HH Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani, came to power after HH the Father Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani stepped down, in a step seen by many as a precedent in the Arab region and in the whole world. Today, we celebrate the 3rd anniversary with pride and honor as Qatar continues its path under the auspices of a young and wise leadership which looks forward to bring the State to the next level by investing in development and growth. 

In this remarkable era, as well as the Father Emir’s, Al Meera made progress in all areas, including the development of an expansion strategy that went in line with the Qatar National Vision 2030’s urban development plans, after which Al Meera will reach consumers via 55 branches spread across the country. Out of the strategy’s 14 stores planned for the coming period, the works have already started on five stores in different regions.
