Job Summary:

• Global and local sourcing for suppliers that can develop private label products.
• Source products from international suppliers that differentiate and enrich Al Meera products assortment.
• Ensure the availability of the right assortment of imported products in the outlets according to the customer profile.
• Develop private label products and control the quality, quantity and price to meet the company target.
• Vendor’s agreement negotiation, including contracts.
• Working closely with Marketing department on a promotion schedule and select the best promotions from the suppliers.
• Monitoring progress of strategy and group objectives.
• Analyze the sales and ensure the achievement of the target set by the top management.
• Share the reports of sales and profitability of the company on monthly basis.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of 4 years college degree or university

Experience:

• 5 years of minimum experience in retail business, product development and sourcing.
