Job Summary:

• Follows the ordering plan of fabrication that is done by the supervisor.
• Obey the order from the supervisor.
• Assists Arabic bread workers, performing any combination of following duties.
• Follow all the recipes according the ordering plan.
• Take care of all equipment and maintain in good condition.
• Should a team player.
• Organize and prioritize work & handle multi-tasks.
• Be punctual in the work.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multi-million-dollar inventories.

Experience:

• Experience 1 or 2 years in the bakery.
• Knowledge of the bakery.
