Job Descriptions:

• Coordinate and assign delivery routes as per Geo Fencing to drivers based on order priority and location.
• Ensure all packed orders are dispatched within defined delivery time targets.
• Track delivery status and resolve route or traffic-related issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, proof-of-delivery records, and customer confirmation.
• Communicate with the Online Supervisor for any delivery delays or failed deliveries.
• Monitor driver performance, attendance, and compliance with delivery SOP.
• Ensure that all dispatched items are quality-checked and sealed before leaving the store.
• Update order status in COWLAR Panel / SAP / DN Vynamix accurately.
• Support the Online Supervisor during peak hours to maintain operational flow.

Qualifications:

• High School / Diploma with relevant experience.

Experience:

• Minimum 1–2 years in store dispatch or delivery coordination (preferably FMCG or E-commerce).

Skills:

• Good communication, 
• Basic SAP or online platform knowledge
