WHSmith Exchange & Return Policy
Refund and Exchange Policy is subject to the terms of the law number (8) for the year 2008 and its updates.
Items purchased at WHSmith:
To exchange or return any item purchased at a WHSmith bookstore, the item must be returned to the Store where the original purchase was made.
Exchange and Return Period:
- Any item not defective, bought from WHSmith bookstore can be exchanged & Refunded in 14 days.
- The item must be accompanied with a receipt proving the purchase.
- Products must be in its original packaging complete with all accessories and instruction manual.
- There must be no damage to the packaging.
- Any item found defective after 14 days period will be sent to distributor to be repaired under manufactures warranty
- Newspapers and Magazines
- Pre-paid cards and Greeting Cards if opened
- Consumable items such as batteries, printer cartridges, memory cards, software including anti-virus software and games if used.
- Items that are damaged or abused or modified in any way.
- Misused items such as incorrect voltage connection ect.
- Items that have missing accessories, such as remote controls, cords and cables.
All Electronic items sold by WHSmith bookstore are covered by a one year Manufacturer’s warranty with the Exception of the following:
Accessories, parts, loss of data & software, misuse, damaged caused by transportation, storage conditions and any modification made to the product.
