Job Description:

  • Impart/organize Induction Training, Soft Skills Training, and other Specialist Trainings and appraise post-training performance of staff.
  • Contribute to achieving 100% training objectives as per the Training Plan.
  • Registration of attendance of the participants in the Training sessions conducted in the Training Academy.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of trainings records.
  • Coordinate and arrange stationary and other logistics in the Training Academy.
  • Ensuring cleanliness of Training academy.
  • Arrangement of the facility and furniture after each Training session.
  • Arrangement of Logistics such as writing pads, Pens etc. before and after the training session.
  • Management of participants at the Time of Training session and session breaks.
  • Issue category-wise handouts/checklists for staff.
  • Carry out Summative assessment after each Training Session
  • Preparation of Training Certificates and keeping records of the Certificates.
  • Co-ordination on arranging logistics and travel arrangements for participants.
  • Coordinate with outlet/section managers periodically to understand and identify training & development needs of staff.
  • Viewing over-all training facilities before beginning any session.
  • Ensure maintenance of safe custody of laptop computers, cameras, mobile phones, projectors etc for conducting training.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make modifications based on the evaluation and strategic goals of the company.
  • Any other job as instructed by the Training Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Any degree or above

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years or more experience in retail

Job Specific Skills:

  • Communication skills English & (Arabic will be preferred), MS Word, MS, Excel, MS PowerPoint, sending and drafting mails and preparation of reports.
