Job Summary:

  • Prepare tender documents, documentation.  
  • Monitor and control budgets Period

  • Prepare Work Order administration as per Major Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Preparation of Contract review and recommendations 
  • Procurements related company procedure 
  • Oversight management the assigned development 
  • Monitor all expenditures  
  • Review, analyses and development types contractors, and all consultants 
  • Review, comment and assigned developments 
  • Participate in preparing comment on all the forecasted 
  • Review claims quantities 
  • Track the Insurances 
  • Tender evaluation report  
  • Input in issuing the monthly contracts, budget cost estimate, bills of quantities and other design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections and costs throughout the Development including defects Liability services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the and Purchase Order for all procurements and assist contract direction. documents, Cost Control, variation review and interim payment to all supermarket requirements and issuing WO and PO as per of the consultants/contractor's quantity surveying activities related to related to the assigned development against the budget estimates; comment on all payment certificates related to the assigned of payments that are submitted for Al Meera approval including the monitor cost report and Prepare a monthly cost report for each of the a cost management plan for each development and Review & budgets and cost related issues and Maintain all payment log and/or Bonds, alarm the Management before expiry for contractors, consultant's submissions. progress report received from contractor & consultants. Develop, maintain and implement project procedures in line with the company’s policies and procedures.  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or Quantity Survey accredited to RIC
  • Experience in Building Design Consultancy or Project Management Consultancy

Experience:

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience
  • Experience and knowledge of FIDIC Contracts is a must
  • Very strong English oral & written communication skills are a must
