Job Descriptions:

  • Lead the E-Commerce operations in the store, overseeing Pickers, Checkers, and Dispatchers.
  • Plan daily manpower allocation and ensure all online orders are fulfilled within as per Al Meera Standards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators — order accuracy, fulfillment rate, and delivery turnaround time (TAT).
  • Ensure synchronization between store stock and online availability.
  • Coordinate with Head Office E-Commerce Team and Online Customer Care for order issues or complaints.
  • Verify daily reconciliation reports for orders, payments, and cancellations.
  • Conduct shift handovers and maintain operational logs.
  • Train and motivate team members on e-commerce SOP and service standards.
  • Communicate store-level feedback and improvement ideas to the Store Manager & to Area Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and system usage standards in the E-Commerce zone.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma with relevant experience.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years in supervisory retail operations or e-commerce fulfillment.
