Job Role:

Commercial bakery managers coordinate all commercial aspects and collaborate with Operations & Suppliers to resolve contractual and commercial issues. This involves contract negotiation, project planning, and risk management. Bakery Commercial managers key Kpi to develop strategic & development plan to reach company bakery business targets, to drive revenue to create financial returns and sustainable business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop Relationships with Vendors

  • Commercial manager to build relationships with Vendors to establish new contracts, also to develop strong relationships with different within the company to ensure everyone is working toward the same targets and goals.

Create Plans for Business Growth

  • Developing strategic plans to encourage business growth in Sales, Volume and GP Gowth. To analytics category to create action plans that are based off data and statistics and interpret results against targets, to all shareholders. 

Develop Pricing Structures

  • Responsible to develop risk assessments and pricing structures for products to ensure highest potential returns and develop financial alignment, vs the market trend & competition. 

Develop Concept

  • Development of bakery concepts to be a leader in the market, ensuring long terms sustainability growth.

Develop SOP

  • Able to develop Standard Operation process (SOP) to ensure sustainability for the company & the development of the bakery team, weather in Commercial or Operations.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Baking with high volume food production either in production or commercial environment (Retail Setting)
  • Prefer college graduate (Food Background)
  • Associates degree in Culinary Arts or baking and Pastry Arts is advantageous
  • Proven experience managing bakery
  • Sound knowledge of different baking techniques
  • The ability to work under pressure.

Job specific Skills:

  • Experience in developing & managing production teams, regarding financial & personal development.
  • Good knowledge regarding recipe development costing
  • Good knowledge regarding Yield Management, from scratch ingredients as a base of margin improvement.

Nationality Preferred:

  • Jordan or Lebanese
