Job Descriptions:

  • To develop of Leasing Plan in line with approved objectives & strategic directions.
  • Responsible for identification of potential customers for leasing services and responsible for maintaining and increasing leasing market share.
  • Responsible for maintaining a relationship with existing customers to build their loyalty and ensure high-level customer satisfaction
  • Meet with prospective renters and take them on tours of the retail units that interest them
  • Responsible for preparation of Reports as well as submit them to the Senior Management.
  • Work closely with the Leasing Manager for developing an annual plan for the department.
  • Drive the formulation of leasing strategy for the year, including new business development, networking opportunities, contract renewals etc.
  • Obtaining required approvals within given timelines.
  • Seek new innovative measures to broaden usages and create themes in conjunction with the Al Meera business and marketing plans in order to attract new tenants.
  • Ensure all shops, kiosks & ATM's are implemented as per the approved guidelines and are maintained on a daily basis.
  • Manages day-to-day customer relationship such as requirements & complaints. 
  • Creates the database for inquiries (leasing waiting list, etc.)

Qualifications:

High school diploma or higher

Experience:

3+ years’ experience in leasing or sales

Skills:

Excellent problem solving and communication skills

Ability to multitask during busy periods

Strong knowledge of the real estate industry in Qatar

Create sensible, realistic and practical solutions.
